Certain items cannot be received, stored, shipped, imported and/or exported due to regulatory, hazard, safety or other reasons. Transactions involving these commodities are strictly prohibited, regardless of origin or destination.
Please note: Prohibited items are forbidden to be exported from the origin country or territory or imported to the destination country or territory.

Certain items have regulatory, hazard, safety or other considerations and require approval from Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management and Legal departments prior to handling. Transactions involving these commodities are restricted, regardless of origin or destination.

Commodities not in compliance with the Bureau of Indian Standard (see commodity list under Notes).
Milk, milk products, chocolate, chocolate products, candies and confectionary from China.
Baby Gender Test kits are prohibited for imports into India.
GEM and jewellery containing precious and semi-precious metal/stones in all forms is prohibited regardless to the value and must be shipped as Broker Select Service Option (BSO) with consignee declaration for bonded movement to Bandra Kurla Complex, Special Economic Zones (SEZ) or Santa Cruz Electronic Export Promotion Zones (SEEPZ) and EOU only.
Food shipments including commercial samples with a shelf life of less than 60% or 3 months whichever time is less.
